Avoid Food Crisis
Recently the big bubble had just burst! Now in order to avoid a second big bubble. We need to start now or else it will be too late.
The recent financial bubble which had just burst it is still in the process of healing and fixing the hole. While we can forseen the climate changes. Everything especially the enviroment changes.
Goverment from over all the world are encouraging go green campaign. Green green green! So what if just campaigning by word but without action. Green is big business. But how to start this business?
I was so upset. I m nothing while i walked in the bank and wish to get them to finance me to purchase of agriculture farming business which consider one of the major business in my country which had been neglected sometimes. I was rejected by the banker! Go back to square one! Here and there, had been wasting me a lot of time. I had been seeking from agro bank which claim that supporting the agriculture sector while advertising that they will loan us and so on. What to do if they loan us for a RM 50,000 ? What to do with that? They don't understand the farming business! That is not a big deal for a RM 50,000 unless a consortium if formed!
Let's take it like this, government had been advertised and encourage us to participate in agri business! Agri is a business that is the slogan that they had advertise in the billboard. I m not to crititize anything but i just really upset. I had wasting my misc cost of about RM 30k just in order to lobby for a RM5 mil loan for a agri project!
Bank always want this and that to be securitize it. But how about the one who is serious in business? Is that fair for them ? Is this the way that bank make the rich become the richer? the richer become the richest by utilizing the bank facilities while other ordinary people who have a fanstastic idea keep on played out by that way ?
Not about the money i had been invested just for lobbying for loan and misc cost but the main point is the time! Time is the key! Time can't be bought back! I had seek Agro bank, so called consultant and some VC. VC always said that he could invest for that such a small amount if he want to . Wasting time ?
This time i m going to raising the fund with my own self by gathering a pledge of soft loan from public and also for those who interested to doing a farming business without experience. I m going to form a CONSORTIUM! I had showed a good business plan and proposal how secure the bank are but they still want a property to hold ! Wow.. what a jokes! I had been showing up the ROI and i can paid all the loans within 4 years time! Instead they are more happy to simply borrow the loan and facing alot of NPL! Why ? While serious agropreneur they had neglected! I m so angry and upset with that! Please go through the business plan and ROI before just simple reject our plan! This is part of growing our country economy as part of alliacne bringing all benefits to our own country instead importing crops from overseas flowing our currency to others!
I will do this is agro bank reject me again!
